Rachel is a trained journalist with over 20 years’ experience in Public Relations, Communications & Social Media Marketing. I have worked in-house, for large & small agencies and have been a freelance consultant to a number of leading hair & beauty related companies. Brands include L’Oréal, Redken, Wella, Persil, Mavala Nailcare, Drambuie & hairdresser Nicky Clarke.

Rachel was the brains behind the Wokingham Gossip Girl Facebook group which she started when she originally moved to the area as a way of finding things out on where to go and what to do. Fast forward a few years and there are many Gossip Girl groups out there around the country providing invaluable help and assistance to each other. Some businesses rely on these pages for most of their work which is why this workshop is looking at how Facebook Groups can work for you in your business.

If you have a group page or considered one then this is the workshop for you. Book your space today.

Better Eating for a Healthy Life. Cook. Gardener. Healthy Cooking Classes. Cooking School set in the rural countryside in Warfield, Berkshire www.fearlessinthekitchen.co.uk

Social media creates a fast, inexpensive, and effective way to reach and influence my audience and has helped me connect, engage, and grow my business. For me, Instagram is like a modern business card. It makes it so easy to demonstrate what I offer when people look at my feed. Credibility and brand building are two key things that Instagram has provided. I have had bookings come through Instagram, met people in my industry face to face and made friends!

Instagram has led people to express interest in my cooking school. Has supported word of mouth referrals and offers a fantastic pictorial catalogue of my product. It also inspires me when I see what others are doing in my field.

Background to Fearless in the Kitchen Cooking School

Set in a 4-acre property in Warfield near Windsor & Bracknell. There is an orchard and we gather seasonal produce from the vegetable garden. Classes explore healthy meals, healthier baking, vegan cooking and courses on Gut Health, fermentation & preserving.

Fearless cooking classes are personal, between 3-8 people with recipes developed around your food preferences and tastes.
